Seallect is operated by Focused First LLC, a company organised in Wyoming, United States. This notice describes information collected through the Seallect pre-launch website and newsletter sign-up form, not a future AI product.

The sign-up form requests an email address and a professional role. Both fields are currently optional; the updates consent checkbox is required. The role field currently defaults to Design Engineer. We also receive information you choose to include when contacting us.

We use sign-up details to provide the Seallect development and launch updates requested through the form, and information in enquiries to respond to them.
4. Service providers and recipients
We use Tilda to host the website and receive form submissions. The current form also forwards submissions through a connected Telegram integration.
We plan to store subscriber information in our Airtable database.
5. International processing
Focused First LLC is based in the United States. Service providers and authorised personnel may process information in other countries.
6. Retention
Form submissions in Tilda Leads are currently configured to be retained for 30 days. This setting does not control copies sent to Telegram or any other system.
7. Cookies and website statistics
Tilda's simplified statistics mode is currently enabled. Tilda describes this mode as not using cookies to identify visitors or sessions. Reading-time and scrolling tracking are disabled. No external analytics IDs were found in the inspected project settings.

You can choose not to sign up. Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, obtain a copy, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
